Michael's place is likely the best value for any stay in the Charlotte area. For less than the price of a decent motel or hotel, you'll find a serene space in a quiet residential neighborhood, in which you can sleep well and cook or reheat your own meals. We were delighted to find that we were less than 10 minutes from the Spectrum Center where we planned to attend a concert. Fairly easy access from major area highways. Great HVAC system that kept us warm. We will stay here again when we're in Charlotte next!

Lovely space quiet clean and conviennent. We were 5 to 10 minutes from the city. Mike was very responsive and helpful. I intend to point my friends towards this Airbnb when they come to visit is in Charlotte.

I enjoyed my stay at the Black & White. I loved the decor it was minimal yet tastefully designed. The home is spacious and the furniture is comfortable. The one bedroom was perfect for me and felt like I was at my own home. I loved that there was off street parking as well as backyard (should you need). The neighborhood was quiet & safe. I felt comfortable coming and going late at night. It is conveniently located off I-85 and there’s a main thoroughfare (Freedom Dr) with plenty of dining options and everyday needs spot, within walking distance. Downtown is 10mins away (by car). There is a public transportation stop located at the nearest corner, just steps from the home. I have no complaints. Thanks again Mike.

Nice stay and I would stay again! He was very helpful and provided a necessary last minute accommodation swiftly. I enjoyed the space only thing I would recommend is a tv in bedroom. But with us being out and about it was not much of a bother and we knew prior to booking. It was perfect location! Definitely recommend

Such a wonderful place very cozy felt right at home. Super close to the city and nearby things needed incase an emergency perfect spot definitely will look for this exact booking when coming back to the Charlotte area!

Mikes home was a home away from home he truly made me rethink moving to north carolina . extremely grateful for him ! he was responsive , very accommodating and resourceful. i will book again every time i visit , and will recommend!
