The home has a fully furnished kitchen, living room and den. The patio has a gas grill, table, and fire and ice table for outdoor relaxation. You will be convenient to shopping, dining, golf, and key attractions, plus walking distance to an in-neighborhood full grocery, as well as tennis and basketball courts.

The home has 4 bedrooms, all upstairs. There are 2.5 baths. The master bedroom has a king bed and its own bath. The second full bath is in the hall upstairs and the half bath is downstairs. Beds: Bedroom 1 - King Bedroom 2 - Queen Bedroom 3 - Queen Bedroom 4 - Full (Double) and Single There is also a Queen blow up mattress in the entrance hall closet. Large yard, not fenced.

Myself and three friends attended a concert at Bank of American Stadium and wanted to avoid parking fees and the noise of other guests and morning housekeeping if we had chosen to stay at a hotel. Mike's four-bedroom home was the perfect place for us to get settled before and after the show. It is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood just 25-30 minutes from the stadium and just minutes from I-77 at the SC/NC border. The beds were very comfortable and the house had plenty of thoughtful touches, which allowed us to relax during out stay. There is a semi-private patio furnished with a dining table and grill, should you wish to enjoy the outdoors - unfortunately, we did not. Mike quickly responded to any questions/concerns we had leading up to, during and after our stay, putting us at ease throughout our trip. I would definitely recommend Mike's house when considering a short or long-term stay when visiting the Charlotte area for business or pleasure.
