Our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is located in a quiet neighborhood in South Charlotte. We are located minutes from the McAlpine Creek Greenway, grocery stores, and downtown Matthews with its restaurant, casual nightlife, and library. 15-20 minutes away is uptown Charlotte which has endless restaurants, shopping, and activities. If you'd rather stay in and relax, we have plenty of amenities including board games, books, wood burning fire pit, and a 4K Smart TV.
Good to know
A great place for getting together with friends and family. The house has two living areas and a kitchen that can be used to host a group. For outdoor activities, enjoy the spacious and private back yard with a wood fire pit. Great for a relaxing evening after a day in Charlotte!
Other Details to Note
Coffee/snack: We have a Keurig set up with coffee for the morning or late night card game. We have a reusable K-cup if you would like to bring your own ground coffee. We will also supply snacks and light/continental breakfast selections. Toiletries: We provide travel sized shampoo, body wash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and hairdryers. So don't worry if you forget any toiletries-we have you covered. Firewood: For your convenience, there are bundles of firewood available for purchase at $10 a bundle. They are located on the back porch in the storage container. If you use a bundle(s), please leave the $10 per bundle in the house before your checkout. Groceries: In addition, we can order groceries to be already put into the fridge and cabinets upon arrival. If you would like this service, just request after booking, and we will send you an invoice for the items!

Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
This well established neighborhood is settled near the McApline Creek Greenway with many older trees. Very close to Matthews and quite drivable to Arboretum shopping area, South park, and downtown.
Guest Access
Guests have access to all 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and laundry. Parking is available onsite but the driveway is somewhat steep. Guests usually do not have difficulty with this and my husband and I park there regularly without issues. However, we do want to give guests with restricted mobility a heads up. Street parking is also available if guests would rather park there.
