Accommodations: Bedroom 1: King-sized bed Bedroom 2: Double bed Bedroom 3: Two twin beds Bedroom 4: Two twin beds with pull-out trundles (beds have regular mattresses, trundles have futon mattresses)Amenities: Pool: Enjoy the backyard oasis with plenty of seating, a covered patio, and fully-fenced yard. The pool is serviced weekly from March to September, but guests should expect to skim the pool due to the nearby trees. No swimming is permitted from October 1st to March 31st. The weekly pool service and weekly yard service may arrive during your stay. They will only enter the yard and do not have access to the house. Kitchen: Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker, dishware and flatware, cooking basics, Crock-Pot, toaster, and an island with seating. Living areas: Cozy up in the living room with a Smart TV (bring your own passwords), dine with friends at the six-chair dining table, and work from the front office with desk and workstation. General: Free WiFi, washer and dryer on the second floor, towels and linens, complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), central A/C and heat, keypad entry, hangers, trash bags, and paper towels.
Other Details to Note
-All bedrooms are located on the second floor. -Children are welcome but must be closely monitored near the pool. Doors and windows to the backyard must be closed and locked at all times. There is no separate fence or gate around the pool. -Sorry, no pets allowed. -Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM in accordance with local noise ordinances. -External security cameras (doorbell and outdoor floodlights in the front yard and back yard) are installed for security. They capture audio and video. -Parking is available in the driveway for up to four vehicles. No vehicles are permitted to park on the street. -Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Late check-out or early check-in may be available for an additional fee of $50/hour. -Guests will be provided with enough paper towels, toilet paper, and dishwasher detergent for six nights. -No smoking or vaping inside or in the garage. -Maximum occupancy of 10 guests. No parties or events allowed. -Indoor temperature can be adjusted using the Nest thermostat. Guests can set the heat up to 74°F or the AC down to 70°F. -The pool is professionally maintained, but please note that its availability cannot be guaranteed due to factors such as weather, treatments, or prior guests.
