Cool fire-pit in the front yard to relax and interact with neighbors and passerby’s. Relaxing fenced in back yard. Absolutely no parties and I ask that you’re mindful of loud noises after 10pm as to not disturb my tenant or the neighbors. This is a quiet neighborhood so if you’re looking to host friends and be loud, this spot is probably not a good fit for you. ***This home is being disinfected between stays! ***
