Two bedroom property in a phenomenal location. A two minute walk to Abbott park which has a great little play ground and tennis courts. This property is super close to the hottest restaurants, shops and activities in the Southend of Charlotte. It’s close to Uptown, Bank of America Stadium, BB&T stadium, spectrum Arena, Charlotte convention Center, NASCAR museum and walking distance from Abbot Park.

We enjoyed our stay! Easy access to downtown (you didn’t even have to get on the highway), and easy access to the highway if you want to venture off. Quiet neighborhood. It is a duplex and we could hear the neighbors walking around briefly in the evenings but it absolutely was not an issue at all. No issues at night, all was quiet. The home had everything we needed, check in and out was very straightforward and the host was responsive when we had questions. The only issues we had were regarding the beds being uncomfortable, but I imagine they work for some people. And regardless, the beds weren’t enough of an issue for us to not stay again considering all of the other positives - we definitely would stay again! The location was honestly perfect.

I definitely enjoyed my stay at Mike’s super great host. Awesome home nice and cozy and peaceful. I’m definitely booking for my next trip he’s very responsive and makes sure you have everything as needed and is there at your convenience I greatly appreciate it

Mike and his staff were amazing!! Mike was very attentive and make it very clear if we needed anything he would be there to assist. The place was very clean and stocked with essentials. It was prepared for us on time and readily available. Quiet area and the neighbors were even friendly and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this location if you’re ever in town. And we would rebook again when needed. The price was good especially with it being the holiday season so no complaints there. I give it 5 stars for me! Thanks Mike for making our stay amazing! See ya soon!

Mike’s place was in a great location, walkable to everything we needed. He was a great host and everything was as described. I would reserve his house again, for sure!
