Perfect place for our weekend trip. About a 12-15min walk to the Underground or a 5min Uber ride. Very peaceful with a fairly private deck (does overlook some neighbor yards). Yellow parking space could be a bit tricky to get in and out of with a larger vehicle if other unit parking spaces are occupied so I would recommend street parking in that case. Would definitely recommend for a quick stay with ease of access to music venues etc.

Mike’s listing for Walk To The Music Factory and Camp North End went far beyond the ratings expectations. Initially arriving, the driveway was well sorted for the other visitors and clean of any trash or debris. Upon entering the Airbnb, it was extremely clean and neat. Mike takes care of his Airbnb and ensures its expectations are far exceeded. I will for sure be staying here again if I’m in the area again!

Loved Mike's place! It was perfect for our weekend to see the Carolina Panthers play. Easily walkable to the city or a cheap uber ride if you dont feel like walking/driving your car. Space was private, clean, bed comfortable, and loved the deck off the room to enjoy the night. The off street parking was clearly marked and a plus too! Would definitely stay again if im in Charlotte

Mike was a great host to my boyfriend and I. He maintained great communication with us. We are truly satisfied with the stay, and recommend that everyone book with Mike. It was a last minute booking for us, as we needed somewhere to stay for a week before we could move into our new apartment. The place had everything we needed and we’re happy that it was pet friendly as well!
