Nice quiet neighborhood. While I would imagine that it can get warm in the bedrooms during the summer, the portable AC units were more than sufficient at this time of year. Place was clean and quiet. Nice short stay.

Perfect place for our weekend trip. About a 12-15min walk to the Underground or a 5min Uber ride. Very peaceful with a fairly private deck (does overlook some neighbor yards). Yellow parking space could be a bit tricky to get in and out of with a larger vehicle if other unit parking spaces are occupied so I would recommend street parking in that case. Would definitely recommend for a quick stay with ease of access to music venues etc.

What an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, but still quiet and peaceful. Our host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and communication effortless. It honestly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area would absolutely stay here again!

Mike's place was amazing. My favorite was the bed lol, very comfy, very nice, and the pillows were sooo soft. I loved the kitchen and the 2-in-1 washer/dryer also!

Me and my boyfriend had an amazing time, felt so welcomed and at home. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone in the area. We will definitely come back.

This is a very nice place throughout. The back yard is private. The front porch is huge. And the house is great. I particularly like that each bedroom has it's own bathroom. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. Last but not least the host was very responsive. Wonderful place.

Thank you Mike for the amazing stay. My family and I traveled from Pennsylvania to North Carolina to pay our last respects to our great Aunt. Your place made us feel right at home when we arrived ! The place was very clean and cozy! Highly recommended and I will definitely book again when I’m back in town!

This is the nicest airbnb I've stayed in so far. The house was nicely decorated. The pool and patio were a blast. I really hope to get to work near the area again so I can stay here. The neighborhood is quite and nice. Everything was perfect.

Cozy and Comfy is EXACTLY how to describe this home. I felt right at home immediately. Very good place for family or an all adult get away. Also had amenities for your pet. Its amazing how spacious yet homley this place is. Minutes from restaurants and grocery stores by vehicle. Very quiet neighborhood. Cleanliness was impressive. Mike was very responsive and kept us informed ahead of check in and check out. So yea, if you're reading this, go ahead and book this listing.
