My adult grandson and I traveled for surgical procedure to Charlotte NC fromSummerville GA. I use a walker. The home and host were welcoming and very responsive to our needs. Went above and beyond to assist us. The appliances are new. There is a table and chairs on the front porch. An outdoor table in back and fire pit. It was spotless. Very quiet. Could hear very faint train whistle on occasion which I really enjoy. The overhead remote controlled bedroom fans very quiet and easy to use. Easy access to restaurants and food and Walmart delivery. I definitely recommend the West End Hideaway and would stay again if we come back.

Mike and co-host Josh definitely deserve superhost status. Proactive messages, quick responses, and extremely accommodating. The home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable. This was exactly the place we needed for an unexpected stay in Charlotte for a week. Thanks for making our stay a pleasant one.

The place was beautiful. Truly a high quality stay. Check in was smooth and easy and we were provided clear instructions. Everything was clean and smelled nice. The kitchen was my favorite part along with the TV in the master bedroom that can be moved and angled with the remote. I’ll definitely consider this house again if I return to Charlotte!

Great location, very clean and peaceful setting with the pond in the back yard. Nice modern kitchen and plenty of room in the home for everyone to relax. I would stay again!

What can I say MR MIKE & JOE we’re just phenomenal!! the place was absolutely fantastic & felt like I never left home with all the wonderful amenities - As a runner it was beautifully located as well to enjoy the spectacular views of the city & all it has to offer 🥳

This updated home was lovely. There was a nice welcome basket and coffee center - nice touches you don’t always see in Airbnbs. Also, the kitchen was really well stocked, which we appreciated because we were cooking some for Thanksgiving. My favorite part was that we had our boxer with us, and the fenced backyard was perfect. And there was a dog bed, clean food and water bowls, and two little dog biscuits in the welcome basket! So appreciated. The mattresses were comfortable, and the place was impeccably clean. Our host, Mike, was so helpful and responsive. We’ll definitely stay here again!

We were very happy with our Thanksgiving stay at Mike's place. Everything was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the games and puzzles, and our granddaughter had a lot of fun with the play kitchen. We would definitely stay at this Airbnb again.
